Fish..... Simple, light, healthy and delicious.
Some of us love fried fish with a generous beer batter, but our bodies and health don't share the same opinion. This recipe is like a beautiful light version of fried fish without all the unhealthy components.
An 8 oz fillet of tilapia
1 tbsp kamut flour
pinch of salt
crack of pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Sprinkle kamut flour on both sides of the fish fillet.
Lightly oil a frying pan with the olive oil and heat to medium/high for 3 minutes.
Place fish into the pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Fry the fish 3-5 minutes each side depending on how thick your fillet is.
Serve on a bed of salad mix or vegetables prepared just how you like them. Sometimes I will add a tablespoon of miracle whip to dip my fish into.
