I believe that we deserve to feel good, to feel sexy, to feel capable and confident in our bodies no matter the shape or size. I believe that fitness should be an act of self care, self compassion, be enjoyable and educational. Any physical changes of the body that takes place should be a side effect of a well balanced self care habit. 

 

TRX Pilates is a core-centered, full-body suspension workout where participants hold onto straps for support while they exercise. TRX is for everyone, from beginners to individuals recovering from injuries to women in postpartum fitness. Most athletes use TRX in their training programs because of its incredible results as well as the fact that it is safe and keeps the body injury free. 

 

My classes are a combination of pilates, flexibility training, strength and conditioning using the TRX Suspension Trainer. In this method of fitness, every movement and exercise activates the core and starts from the core. The movements are fun, challenging, sexy and feminine.

From here, we move outward to efficiently tone and strengthen the entire body, like tone the arms, back, glutes and thighs. We also improve posture and flexibility to enhance your quality of life. 

I also offer classes for Moms & Tots, nutrition classes,  as well as beginner pole dance & sensual movement classes. I teach in studio and online. 

Our studio is located in East City, Peterborough.
