I am a mother, a CANFITPRO certified personal trainer, a TRX Instructor and a novel dancer. I teach a mix of pilates, flexibility training, strength & conditioning using the TRX Suspension Trainer. I also offer classes for Moms & Tots.

My mission is to bring people together safely to enjoy fun and innovative fitness that improve ourselves and our lives. When you add creativity to movement, you turn stress into inspiration. The exercise becomes fun, therapeutic and healing which gives us energy to live our best life.
