I am a mother, a CANFITPRO certified personal trainer, a TRX Instructor and I specialize in confidence building. I love to teach women how to master strength and femininity through innovative exercise methods. As a practical nursing graduate who is currently studying fitness psychology at Trent University, I am dedicated to helping my clients live a healthy, confident lifestyle.
My weakness? I have always struggled with food. During the the 2020 pandemic, I gained over 70lbs in my pregnancy. In 2021 I was able to lose the baby weight and slowly regain my strength with home workouts, mindset work with
The Goal Map, and proper nutrition habits.
This taught me a new level of determination.

I specialize in TRX Suspension Training which is perfect for beginners as well as intermediate and advanced fitness levels. It can be done at home or in a class setting. TRX is perfect for targeting core, strength and cardio with rapid results. TRX works by having you use your own body weight to work your muscles and get your heart rate up.
Fem Flo © is a sensual dance-inspired workout that combines stretching, strengthening, core and cardio. It is safe for all ages and levels of fitness with a focus on posture correction, injury prevention and most importantly - creativity, sensuality and fun. Stay tuned for updates.
